Guided a 3 tier team of 50 of the largest national space tech fest with 5000+ footfall, 9 events, 6 workshops(Budget: INR 15 lakh). Acquired sponsorships worth 7 lakh rupees, including the major sponsor Conducted 12 national publicity workshops (Audience: 4000+). Implemented the idea of online registration(and payment) and 3 exhibitions for the first time in NSSC; managed all guest lectures. Structured publicity plans in chronological order for focused marketing resulting in 23% YOY increase in participation from 40+ colleges.
